Too much of something is never good. Living a balanced lifestyle caters to more than just being physically and mentally healthy. It’s often times easy for people to put aside their emotional health for other aspects of their life. It is an amazing experience to find someone you can share your life with on multiple levels of your being. Thus with Valentine’s Day coming up I felt it appropriate to discuss relationships. Relationships are like a complicated dance, but even dances can be broken down into steps…

Waking up in the morning to find you have a “to do” list 4 pages long is never a fun experience. Luckily, in the world we live in today there are tools available to assist even the extremely overwhelmed business owner. Eliminating distractions, removing time consuming tasks, and filtering information can save you loads of time and money. Your time is valuable and therefore should be spent on either income generating tasks or something of personal importance.

Yes you read that title correctly. You can have everything that you want in your life. It is not a fairy tale or magic, it is fact. Whether you are skeptical or not I hope that you read this and really grasp it for all that it is worth because this is by far the cornerstone and secret to not only being successful, but manifesting dreams. You do not need to be special, rich, or even godlike to really get what you want in life!

The universe is made up of laws cleverly named “Universal Laws”. These laws NEVER fail or waver. If you understand these laws, you can not only more effectively play the game (of life), you can beat it! These are the rules that govern all that is, has been or ever will be! You can literally leverage the universe to give you whatever you want! I will break down universal laws in an easy to use manner, as well as provide exercises to guide you.

I recently have been receiving many questions that are along the lines of “What do you do?” The easiest answer is for me to just say that I am a drug dealer or that I am in “waste management” because this question usually leads to an interesting discussion where people typically write me off as some type of crook anyhow. It is possible to separate time from income generation, and have multiple sources of income that pay you automatically and consistently. Capitalism is like a game, and many people are unaware of the real rules of the game and get stuck playing it the hard way. Like anything, with time, experience, and practice anyone can become a master at generating multiple sources of income, often with little to no starting cash! Sounds crazy right? Tell that to the people making millions that do it every day. I have put together 12 different ways to generate income with a summary of the Time Requirements, Income Possibilities, and Income Consistencies. I was originally writing this for college students, but with the current economic status I find that even hard working professionals are feeling enough pressure to seek alternative means of income generation.

If you have not read Rich Dad Poor Dad by: Robert Kiyosaki, I highly suggest it. It teaches a new form of financial intelligence that is missing from the majority of our lives because it is never truly taught in our schools systems. Ideas like paying ourselves before the government, or letting our money work for us, or investing with pure profit may have never crossed our minds before this. Published in 1997, this book is still relevant, if not more relevant than before with our current economic state.

If you were to look at your life from someone else’s perspective, who would you say is in control? Life is not supposed to be 50+ years of dread, stress, and sacrifice in order to hopefully achieve some sort of purposeful existence. For the majority however, this is truth.

“Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect” – Mark Twain.

If the dream you have for your life is not reality, you fall into the majority, and it’s now time for some reflection. It is clear that change is necessary if you are not in control of your life, and that is what we will do. Easier said than done right? Keep reading…

What is Risk? Let’s start off by defining risk. Risk is the quantifiable likelihood of loss or less-than-expected returns. Everyone manages risk differently. To some, risk might be as simple driving over the speed limit, jumping out of a plane, or playing the stock market. But what the missing link between risk perceptions from person to person? The answer is confidence and knowledge.

Are you the man, or do you work for him?

I feel the need to set the record straight. I always get questions about what I do, or what to do. I have a laundry list of things I plan to do with myself as far as creating businesses and sources of income. It’s a joke to many because they do not see the possibility of this being reality. There is a difference between working for the man, working for yourself, or being the man.
