Twitter and other social sites have come a long way in uniting like-minded people, such as social groups and entities that are industry-related. I've been using Twitter for a while and I always enjoy meeting new people I can related to while catching up with my close friends' updates. I agree with what you said about its being fast and easy. Concise, real-time updates are some of the things I love best about Twitter.

Once in a while I also change Twitter backgroundsdepending on my mood. Like right now, I'm so into retro Twitter backgrounds.
